Appointment Setting

Guaranty RV, a well-established dealership with more than 50 years in business, is looking for an individual with superior customer service abilities to join our team!  This position assists our sales team by keeping in touch with Guaranty's previous customers and reaching out to others who have expressed interested in our new and pre-owned inventory. Collaboration with other departments within the company is essential. Primary responsibilities include making warm, opt-in calls to customers and scheduling appointments for salespersons locally or at RV events statewide.

Education and Experience

A least 1 year in customer service
Scheduling appointment or call center experience helpful
Sales experience is helpful
Microsoft Office suite and basic computer knowledge required 
  

Why Guaranty?
