Auto Service Cashier

Guaranty Chevrolet, a well-established dealership with more than 50 years in business, is looking for an Auto Service Cashier to join our team! Primary responsibilities include accepting payments, updating customer/service records, and making sure labor worksheets are up to date and accurate.

The ideal candidate:

• provides excellent customer service
• enjoys working with others
• is dependable and reliable
• performs other duties as assigned

Education and Experience

• Basic computer knowledge
• Understanding of Excel, Outlook, and Autosoft (ASI)
• Accurately use credit card machine and give correct change
• Accounting knowledge is helpful

Physical Requirements

Must be able to sit (for long periods of time), stand, walk, type, and lift/carry items up to 25 pounds.

Working Conditions

This job is typically performed under comfortable working conditions. Occasionally, can be noisy with fluctuating temperatures.
