Business Development Center Representative

Guaranty Chevrolet, a well-established dealership with more than 50 years in business, is looking for an individual with superior customer service abilities to join our team!  This position assists our auto service team by keeping in touch with Guaranty's previous customers and sets new appointments. Collaboration with other departments within the company is essential.

 The ideal candidate:

• provides excellent customer service.
• enjoys working with others.
• is dependable and reliable.
• is an excellent communicator with active listening skills. 
• performs other duties as assigned.
• must have enthusiasm for both personal and team success. 

Education and Experience

• A least 1 year in customer service
• Scheduling appointment or call center experience
• Automotive background preferred
• Microsoft Office suite and basic computer knowledge required

This job is typically performed under comfortable working conditions.

Status: Non-Exempt

Job Type: Full-Time, Monday-Friday (8:00am-5:00pm)
