Customer Service Representative
Guaranty RV, a well-established dealership with more than 50 years in business, is looking for an individual with superior customer service abilities to join our team! This position amongst other duties, assists our sales team by keeping in touch with Guaranty's previous customers and reaching out to others who have expressed interested in our new and pre-owned inventory. Collaboration with other departments within the company is essential.
Primary responsibilities include making warm, opt-in calls to customers and scheduling appointments for salespersons locally or at RV events statewide. Through October 2019, you will be asked to also be a representative in the information booth at our RV Paloozas on the road. This will be a total of 11 weekends (Fri-Sun) over the next 5 months, with 2 days a week in the office locally. For the days you travel, food and lodging is paid for in addition to mileage reimbursement for the trip.

- Excellent communicator with active listening skills
- Must have enthusiasm for both personal and team success
Education and Experience
- At least 1 year in customer service
- Call center experience helpful
- Sales experience is helpful
- Microsoft Office suite knowledge helpful
- Basic computer knowledge required

Job Type: Hours vary 7 days a week (8:30am-8pm; flexible scheduling) hiring for PT and FT
