Dealership Receptionist

Guaranty Chevrolet, a well-established dealership with more than 50 years in business, is looking for a friendly, customer service-oriented individual to join our team! As the first person most customers see, an outgoing and professional demeanor is extremely desired. Primary responsibilities include answering phones, welcoming and directing customers to appropriate parties/departments, and maintaining showroom appearance.

Requirements

• Positive attitude is a must!
• Answer and transfer calls accordingly
• Keep showroom clean and tidy
• Must enjoy working with others
• Dependable and reliable
• Perform other duties as assigned

Education and Experience

• Outstanding phone skills
• Provide excellent customer service
• Basic computer knowledge
• Switchboard experience is preferred

Physical Requirements

Must be able to sit and type for long periods of time.
