Guest Care Representative

Guaranty Chevy, a well-established dealership with more than 50 years in business, is looking for someone to join our Business Development Center team! Primary responsibilities include calling guests to set up appointments with salespersons and following up via email.

Ideal candidate is:

• flexible and able to work weekends 
• experienced in using Windows-based systems including the Microsoft Office suite
• customer service oriented
• eager and excited to learn and take on new tasks
• able to work as part of a team

Education and Experience

High school diploma or completed GED.

Physical Requirements

Ability to sit (for long periods of time), carry, pull, reach, bend, move, walk up/down stairs, use hands accurately, and lift up to 50 pounds. 

Working Conditions

The job is typically performed under comfortable working conditions.
