Primary responsibilities include answering helpdesk requests via email or phone calls, assisting with daily tickets, and hardware maintenance throughout all Guaranty departments. Requirements
Basic communication skills
Ability to understand windows operations and cell phone OS's
Knowledge of general troubleshooting beneficial
Training on Guaranty tolls and resources will be provided..
Valid drivers license required
Physical Requirements
Ability to sit (for long periods of time), lift, carry, pull, reach, bend, move, and use hands accurately. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
Working Conditions
The job is typically performed under comfortable working conditions, however, may have to travel around the company to assist with hands-on support.
