Human Resources Assistant / Recruiter

Guaranty RV/Chevrolet is looking for a dynamic and reliable individual to join our Human Resources team! Primary responsibilities are to recruit and onboard all new employees, file and order required documentation, and provide administrative support to the department.

The ideal candidate must:

• have the desire to help out as needed.
• be able to multitask and have strong attention to detail.
• have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• be computer literate and have working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
• work well with a diverse employee base.

Education and Experience

• High school diploma and/or completed GED
• Previous experience in HR and/or office setting required
• Bilingual skills a plus

Physical Requirements

Able to sit, stand, and move around the office and company freely interacting with employees and applicants.

Working Conditions

Work is mainly completed indoors in an office setting under comfortable working conditions. Some travel outdoors and to and from different locations will be required.

Job Type: Full-Time (Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm)
