Payroll Administrator

Guaranty RV/Chevrolet, a well-established dealership with more than 50 years in business, is looking for a Payroll Administrator to join our team! Primary responsibilities include processing payroll, running and analyzing reports, and reconcile all other payroll related activities.

The ideal candidate must:

• Exercise discretion in matters of confidential nature.
• Be organized and complete tasks on schedule.
• Be able to multitask and have strong attention to detail.
• Have excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Be a fast learner. 

Qualifications desired:

• Proficient in Windows-based programs.
• Dealership experience.
• Accounting experience. 
• Experience with payroll preparation and payroll system administration.
• ADP experience strongly preferred.
