Property Maintenance Support

Guaranty RV, a well-established dealership with more than 50 years in business, is looking for Maintenance Support to join our team! Primary responsibilities for this position will be to improve all departments and sustain a clean environment throughout the dealership, such as cleaning up debri and pressure washing buildings.

Requirements

• Must be a quick learner with a positive attitude, ability to multi-task, with a strong work ethic
• Strong communication skills
• Continuous mental and visual attention to detail
• Detail/cleaning experience (preferred, but not required)
• Ability to work independently with little supervision and as a part of a team while adhering to all company safety policies and procedures

Education and Experience

• High school diploma or completed GED preferred
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record

Physical Requirements: Ability to stand (for long periods of time), carry, pull, reach, bend, move, use hands accurately, and lift up to 40 pounds. 

Working Conditions: Frequent exposure to outside weather conditions. You will be working with equipment and cleaning chemicals and materials around dust, fumes, dirt, noise and water.
