RV Body Shop Painter

Guaranty RV, a well-established dealership with more than 50 years in business, is looking for a Body Shop Painter to join our team! The primary purpose of this position is to repair and refinish RVs to pre-accident condition. This includes prepping, sanding, and masking panels on Rvs to get ready for paint. Primer repairs as needed, color sand and buff clear coat paint to remove blemishes. Retrieving the proper color to match OEM finishes, along with removing and replacing decals and trim molding. This is a great position for anyone willing to learn the RV industry!

Requirements

•   Strong communication skills
•   Basic to advanced body shop knowledge
•   Basic computer skills
•   Knowledge of prep and paint
•   Ability to work power tools & spray equipment

Education and Experience

Previous body work or paint experience Excellent problem-solving skills Wage is dependent on skill level and experience

Physical Requirements

• Ability to move all day lifting, bending, twisting
• Occasional lifting/moving up to 25 pounds, climbing up ladders
• Ability to work with proper respiratory equipment

Working Conditions

The job is typically performed both indoors and outdoors so you may be exposed to extreme changes in weather both hot and cold. Often exposed to fumes, dust, and dirt.
