RV Service Administrator

Guaranty RV, a well-established dealership with more than 50 years in business, is looking for someone to join our RV Service team! Primary responsibilities include interacting with customers both in person and over the phone, typing and preparing all paperwork, and invoicing and scanning all work orders.

Ideal candidate is:

• flexible and able to work weekends
• experienced in using Windows-based systems including the Microsoft Office suite
• customer service oriented
• eager and excited to learn and take on new tasks
• able to work as part of a team

Education and Experience

• High school diploma or completed GED
• At least one year in an office setting

Physical Requirements

Ability to sit (for long periods of time), carry, pull, reach, bend, move, use hands accurately, and lift up to 50 pounds. 

Working Conditions

The job is typically performed under comfortable working conditions. Overtime may be required during high demand times.

Job Type: Full-Time (rotating weekend shifts)
