RV Technician

Join us in the Pacific Northwest! Guaranty RV, a well-established dealership with more than 50 years in business, is looking for someone to join our RV Service team as an RV Service Technician. Primary responsibilities are diagnose and repair motorhome electrical, plumbing, gas systems, appliances and installing accessories. Must have good communication skills to interact with customers and employees. Experience with Tow Vehicle installations and RV accessories are a big plus.

Ideal candidate:

• Explain proper operation of vehicle systems to customers.
• Confer with customers, read work orders, and examine vehicles needing repair to determine the nature and extent of damage.
• Examine and/or test operation of parts or systems to ensure completeness of repairs.
• Repair plumbing or propane gas lines, using caulking compounds and plastic or copper pipe.
• Inspect, repair, or replace brake systems.
• Diagnose and repair furnace or air conditioning systems.
• Knowledge of basic electrical systems.
• Other duties as assigned and as needed.

Education & Experience

• RV Technician experience required.
• Must possess strong technical skills and ability to diagnose and fix problems effectively and communicate issues with service advisors & managers.
• RVIA certified preferred.
