Receptionist

Guaranty RV, a well-established dealership with more than 50 years in business, is looking for an outgoing receptionist to join our team!

Requirements

• Cheerful demeanor
• Committed to providing excellent customer service
• Answer and transfer calls accordingly
• Must enjoy working with others, team player
• Perform other duties as assigned (light housekeeping, errands, etc.)
• Must be able to work Thursday-Sunday (no exceptions)

Education and Experience

• Outstanding phone skills
• Provide excellent customer service
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite, dealership-specific software is preferred
• Multi-line experience

Physical Requirements

Must be able to sit and type for long periods of time.

Status: Non-Exempt

Job Type: Full-Time (32 hours/week with opportunities for additional hours if needed).

Must be able to pass a background check, pre-employment drug test, and motor vehicle report.
