Warranty Administrator

Guaranty RV Service Department is hiring for a Warranty Administrator.

Duties:

• Perform repairs that are warranted by RV manufacturers and vendors.
• Communication with service advisors, technicians, and personnel with the companies that provide warranty on RVs.
• Communication between all parties is both verbal and written via various digital media.
• Explain the repairs needed to the warranty provider as well as the cost to obtain authorization for those repairs.
• Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must have previous warranty experience.
• Must have strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing and basic construction concepts.
• Knowledge of RV's is a plus but will train the right candidate.
• Must be computer literate, organized and manage time wisely.
• Strong documentation skills and attention detail.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug test.
